Perforated cable trays, cable channels and ladder cable trays and accessories are safe and economical solutions for supporting requirements of electric power, signal, control, instrumentation and communication cables in numerous applications and places like industrial facilities, hospitals, airports, tunnels, bridges etc.
Standard widths of cable tray units are 50, 100, 200, 300 i 400 mm, custom ordered to 600mm. Standard lengths of a cable tray unit are 2000 and 2500mm, custom ordered to 3000mm.
Perforated and ladder cable trays are made of quality zinced tin, and can be extra protected by hot zincing or plastification.
Sendzimir’s method of contiguos coating of zinc give us 275 g/m2 or 20µm thick layer of zinc over a tin.
Hot zincing is done by drowning a unit into a melted zinc which give us 40-570 g/m2 or 70-80µm thick layer of protective zinc over a tin.
Plastification is process of electrostatical coating of tin with resin powder and polymerisation at cca. 200 °C which creates protective layer 80-100µm thick. Because of it’s features it is recommended in chemical and nutrition industry.
Rack profiles are used in manufacture of heavy-duty and light-duty shelving, desks, shelves or other goods that match customer’s requirements, ideas and preferences.
They are made of cold-rolled tin, 2mm thick in the 60x40 and 40x40 L-profile. Standard length of a profile is 2000mm or 2500mm if made to special order.
The racks are screw-connected.
Shelving racks are composed of screw-connected assembly stands and shelf beams in which metal or wooden parts can be inserted.
The racking system allows for easy disassembling and reassembling of it’s component elements.
Standard workmanship of elements includes galvanized stands and plastified beams. The movability of beams across uprights is 30mm.

Pallet racks consist of galvanized stands with no welded parts. Assembly is done with screws. As a result of these screw connections, assembly is very simple, and in case of damage to a stand due to uncareful handling of loads, the damaged component can be replaced easily. Load bearing capacity of stand's is up to 22000kg, depending on the disposition of the longitudinal beams.
The stands are available in following widths:
500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1050, 1100, mm or custom, made for special order. Rack heights range from 2000 to 8000mm. Longitudinal beams are produced in standard lengths of 1500, 1800, 2000, 2200, 2500, 2700 mm, or custom order. Their dimensions are determined by the required load-bearing capacity of each rack's storey. At the beam's end there are clamps which facilitate aesy and fast installation and adjustment of beam heights. By means of the special workmanship of pallete shelving beams with metal or some other type of filling, pallete storage rack is transformed into a shelving rack. Load-bearing capacity of longitudinal beams implies an even distribution of load across the storey's surface.
Assembling the longitudinal beams is very simple and fast. The beams are secured with a special pin in order to prevent the beam from being dislodged during usage. Heights can be adjusted very easily and quickly (step heights of 75 or 50 mm).
Beams can be plastified in blue or some other colour, all in accordance with the investor's wishes and preferences .
Cantilever racks are used to store wide range of heavy and bulky loads. Racks are made of high quality galvanized tin, with the consoles being plastified. Rack are installed through the system of screw connections, with no welding included in the process. The consoles movability along uprights is +-75 mm.
Our mounted metal shelves are easy to assemble and disassemble and have a high level of durability and stability. It can be used in warehouses, offices, archives and households.
Shelves are sturdily made with an exquisite standard of workmanship, galvanized and surface-protected by plastification.
